Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Elan Flow. By booking a class, purchasing a package, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Payments
All classes must be booked in advance via our website or booking system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Elan Flow reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or studio locations if necessary.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a class free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will be considered late and the class will be deducted from the package.
3. Memberships & Packages
• Memberships and packages are personal and non-transferable.
• If a client has not yet started using their membership, a refund may be issued.
• If a membership has already started, cancellation is possible with a 2-month notice period.
• Refunds are calculated based on the unused portion.
4. Missed Classes
If a client does not attend a booked class and does not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the class will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Medical Conditions & Liability
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in classes.
Elan Flow is not responsible for injuries resulting from participation unless caused by gross negligence.
In case of illness, exceptions may be granted upon presentation of a valid doctor’s certificate.
6. Studio Etiquette
Clients are expected to arrive on time, respect instructors and other participants, and follow studio rules.
Elan Flow reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
7. Personal Belongings
Elan Flow is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Changes to Terms
Elan Flow reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be published on our website.
