Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Elan Flow, we aim to provide a fair and transparent policy for all our clients.
Trial Classes
Refunds for trial classes are possible if the client notifies us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class via email.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
Memberships & Class Packages
• If a client has not started using their membership or package, a full refund is possible.
• If the client has already started attending classes, the membership can be canceled with a 2-month notice period.
• Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused time or sessions.
Class Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will be considered late and the class will be deducted from the package.
Missed Classes
• If a client does not attend a class and does not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the class will be forfeited.
• If the client cancels at least 24 hours in advance, the class can be rescheduled.
Medical Exceptions
In case of illness, we offer flexible solutions upon presentation of a valid doctor’s certificate.
Depending on the situation, classes may be rescheduled or refunded.
Online Bookings
All bookings made through our website can be canceled or rescheduled according to the policy above.
