Description
Prenatal yoga is a gentle yet strengthening form of yoga for expectant mothers. The exercises are specifically adapted to the needs of pregnancy and support body and mind during this special time. In the course, we work on: – gentle muscle strengthening – improving flexibility and posture – conscious breathing and relaxation – relieving tension and stress – preparing for childbirth The calm and flowing movements promote well-being, strengthen confidence in your own body, and help you build a conscious connection with your baby. Prenatal yoga means: ✔ more peace and balance ✔ support for your back and pelvic floor ✔ conscious breathing ✔ mental preparation for childbirth ✔ time for yourself and your baby The course is suitable for pregnant women from the second trimester onward (with a normal pregnancy). Please consult your doctor before starting the course.
