ABOUT
Feel the Flow
Movement has always been my language.
For many years, I stood on the stage of the Vienna State Opera as a Principal Soloist of the Vienna State Ballet, dedicating my life to the art of movement — to the body and to expression beyond words.
For many years, I performed in the renowned New Year’s Concert of the Vienna State Opera, took part in the opening of the Vienna Opera Ball, and appeared in numerous gala performances with the stars of international ballet.
I hold a Master’s degree in Ballet Pedagogy and Ballet Directing and teach at the Academy of Art and Dance in Plovdiv.
For over ten years, I have directed a children’s ballet school in Vienna as well as several additional branches.
Through this long-standing work with children, adolescents, and adults, I have come to deeply understand the needs of people today —
the desire for quality and depth, for a mindful relationship with the body, and for spaces where movement is not just training, but a true experience.
Later, I worked for many years with children and families in Vienna, creating environments where young dancers could grow, feel safe, and discover themselves through movement.
At a certain point, I felt a deep inner calling to create something new.
A space for adults.
Not a gym.
Not a place of pressure.
But a place of presence.
And so Élan Flow was born — a space for those who wish to move beautifully, feel more deeply, and return to themselves.
A place where movement becomes art and time becomes a gift.
Here, you don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to perform.
You don’t have to prove anything.
You only have to arrive.
This studio is for those who long for softness and strength, for elegance and freedom, for connection and flow.
Every detail of this space has been created with care — to support you, inspire you, and hold you.
If you are looking for a place where movement feels meaningful, gentle, and real,
you are warmly welcome here.
