Ballet for adults
It's never too late to start dancing.
We offer ballet classes for both beginners and participants with prior experience.
The beginner's course is ideal for anyone who has no prior ballet experience but has always dreamed of learning this art form. At a relaxed pace and with clear, easy-to-understand explanations, participants will learn the fundamentals of classical ballet.
The class includes simple exercises at the barre and in the center, basic arm and foot positions, initial coordination exercises, and simple sequences to music.
The focus is on good posture, a sense of movement, musicality, and the joy of dancing.
For participants with prior experience, we offer advanced-level courses. These build upon the fundamentals of ballet technique and further develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and expression. More complex combinations at the barre and in the center enhance technique, musicality, and overall dance quality.
All courses invite you to rediscover your own body, experience elegance and lightness, and immerse yourself in the world of ballet – completely without pressure to perform, in a supportive and inspiring atmosphere.

Barre
Energy, balance & feminine lightness
Barre is more than just a workout – it's an invitation to rediscover your body. This elegant yet powerful training combines elements of classical ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional strength training into a flowing, harmonious whole.
With over 140 varied exercises, every class remains lively and inspiring. We train at the ballet barre and with small aids such as light dumbbells (0.5–1 kg), balls and resistance bands – in a targeted, effective way and always with a focus on a beautiful, upright posture.
Strengthening sequences alternate with gentle and dynamic stretches. This shapes muscles, improves flexibility, and makes the body noticeably more supple. Barre particularly strengthens the legs, glutes, abs, and back – without overtraining them, but rather with elegance and control.
This evening class is perfect for all women who want to unwind after a long day, recharge their batteries, and treat themselves to something special. You'll leave the room feeling more upright, calmer – and with that special feeling of lightness that will linger long afterward.

Stretching
Gentle care for tired muscles
MFR stretching
It's much more than ordinary stretching. It's a combination of gentle fascia massage and stretching – "two in one." Special massage rollers and balls are used to release the fascia and make the body more supple.
Fascia is a thin layer of connective tissue that envelops muscles and internal organs. Stress, injuries, surgery, or lack of movement can cause it to lose elasticity and become stuck together. This leads to tension, pain, and restricted mobility.
In our sessions, the fascia is gently loosened, blood circulation is improved, and body awareness is harmonized. The result: lightness, flexibility, and a free, pain-free movement experience.

Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy yoga is a gentle yet strengthening form of yoga for expectant mothers. The exercises are specifically adapted to the needs during pregnancy and support body and mind during this special time.
In this course we will work on:
– gentle strengthening of the muscles
– Improvement of mobility and posture
– conscious breathing and relaxation
– Relief from tension and stress
– Preparation for childbirth
The calm and flowing movements promote well-being, strengthen confidence in one's own body and help to build a conscious connection with the baby.
Pregnancy yoga means:

This course is suitable for pregnant women from the second trimester onwards (assuming a normal pregnancy). Please consult your doctor before the course begins.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga in which movement and breath are fluidly linked. The practice promotes strength, flexibility, and endurance while also helping to reduce stress and improve concentration.
In the Vinyasa yoga classes we work on:

– Improvement of mobility and posture

– Relaxation and regeneration
The course is suitable for both beginners and participants with prior knowledge. Each lesson can be structured differently, which makes the practice varied and engaging.

This course is aimed at adults who want to do something good for their bodies and at the same time discover or rediscover the elegance of classical ballet.
Timeless Ballet combines gentle ballet technique with targeted stretching and mobilization exercises.
We work on posture, balance, flexibility, and inner stability – at a pace that is respectful and mindful.
Ballet offers a unique quality:
it strengthens muscles without rigidity, promotes coordination, improves flexibility, and brings the body into a natural, elegant line.
At the same time, it calms the mind and creates a new sense of presence.
The lessons take place in a calm and respectful atmosphere.

This course is aimed at adults and young people with some dance experience who want to move freely, discover new things and develop their dance skills – completely without pressure.
In a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, we work with modern dance movements and improve technique, body awareness, and expression step by step. Everyone can learn at their own pace and feel comfortable – regardless of how long they have been dancing.
In addition to basic technical exercises, we develop small choreographies that convey the joy of movement and leave room for personal expression.
This course is ideal for anyone who wants to dance again, try new things and feel safe and welcome.
